C) a pag. 2, 4 righe sotto, la nostra raccomandazione che almeno “ci sia il reciproco accordo di affrontare eventuali problemi in caso di Policy aziendali emesse, su nostra richiesta”, E' SPARITO.
(e non è presente in nessuna altra parte del documento).
Francamente ci sembra un refuso molto IMPORTANTE
D) a pag. 4, art. 4 - permessi sindacali, è sparita la frase che era stata precedentemente accettata : "prevedere an electronic bulletin board for use by trade union representatives where technically possible "
E) on pg. 10, Art. 18 - paid time ..., 18 rows below the phrase" period of 37 days accrued annual where to be implemented by 30 June of 'next year "here, where perhaps it should be understood: MUST!
